1. Dibeli Mesin dengan harga Rp. 30.000.000 ditaksir umurnya 8 tahun. Di tahun ke 6 dikeluarkan biaya perbaikan sebesar Rp. 5.000.000.

        Buatlah Jurnal jika :

• Perbaikan ini tidak menambah umur Aktiva
• Perbaikan ini menambah 1.5 tahun umur Aktiva

    2.  Mesin dibeli seharga Rp. 2.000.000, masa manfaat 4 tahun. Di tahun ke 4 suatu
         suku cadang diganti dengan taksiran 10% dari harga perolehan mesin. Harga beli
         suku cadang tersebut adalah sebesar Rp. 200.000 dan suku cadang ini dapat
         dipakai samapai habis masa umur aktiva tersebut. Suku cadang yang lama dapat
         laku dijual seharga Rp. 20.000.

• Buatlah Jurnal dari transaksi di atas.
• Buatlah Jurnal Depresiasi tahunannya

 
    3. Mesin dengan Nilai perolehan Rp. 1.000.000 umur ekonomis 4 tahun. sesudah
        dipakai  selama 3 tahun, ditaksir mesin ini dapat dipakai selama 2 tahun.

• Buatlah jurnal jika nilai buku mesin sebelumnya dikoreksi.
• Buatlah jurnal jika tidak ada koreksi untuk nilai buku sebelumnya

    4. Sebuah gedung dengan harga perolehan Rp. 10.000.000, ditaksir umurnya 20 tahun.
        Pada akhir tahun ke 10 gedung tersebut dinilai kembali sebagai berikut :
        Harga perolehan kembali = Rp. 15.000.000
        Nilai Sehat = Rp. 9.000.000.

• Buatlah Tabel perubahan nilai aktiva
• Buatlah jurnal untuk transaksi tersebut

PT. Si Kabayan Saba Kota membeli mesin cetak seharga Rp. 4.500.000,- pada tanggal 1 Mei 2012. Diperkirakan mesin ini akan berumur 5 tahun dan nilai residu sebesar Rp. 500.000,- . Mesin ini diperkirakan akan dapat digunakan untuk memproduksi 50.000 unit produk dan diperkirakan akan dapat digunakan selama 25.000 jam. Tahun 2012 PT. 10.          Telah dilakukan inventarisir atas perlengkapan kantor dengan nilai sisa Rp 980.000. Oleh karena itu, selama bulan Juli 2013 nilai perlengkapan yang terpakai sebesar Rp 115.000,-

GUNUNG KELUD & MYSTERIOUS ROAD, KEDIRI, JATIM

Wisata Gunung Kelud, Kediri, Jawa Timur
Gunung Kelud merupakan gunung berapi aktif yang terletak di Jawa Timur, tepatnya diantara kabupaten Kediri dan Blitar. Gunung yang memiliki ketinggian 1.731 mdpl ini, bisa diakses melalui Kabupaten Kediri, untuk dari kabupaten Blitar juga bisa, hanya pada akhirnya juga melewati jalur Kabupaten Kediri.
Puncak gunung Kelud sekitar 40 km dari Kota Kediri atau sekitar satu jam perjalanan dengan kendaraan bermotor. 

Jalan sudah beraspal sampai lokasi, hanya saja banyak tanjakan dan turunan yang cukup extreem, jadi harus diperhatikan kendaraan yang dipergunakan jika ingin kesini. Jalur yang bisa dilalui yaitu dari:

Kota Kediri – Wates - Gunung Kelud (sktr 40 km)

Malang – Pare – Wates – Gunung Kelud (sekitar 100 km)

Jombang – Pare – Wates – Gunung Kelud

Blitar – Wates – Gunung Kelud

Di tempat wisata Gunung Kelud saat ini tersedia berbagai fasilitas yang bisa kita nikmati. Mulai dari lahan parkir luas yang bisa menampung ratusan kendaraan roda dua dan empat, warung-warung makanan dan wc yang memadai juga tersedia.  Untuk memanjakan pecinta adrenalin disini juga tersedia fasilitas flying fox dan kendaraan ATV (All Train Vehicle).

Sebelum memasuki kawasan kawah Gunung Kelud, terdapat jalan menurun menuju sungai pemandian air panas. Sangat cocok untuk berendam, yang katanya bisa menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit kulit dan bisa meningkatkan stamina tubuh. Minimal bisa menghangatkan tubuh, karena disini suhunya cukup dingin.

Menuju kawah Gunung Kelud kita harus melalui terowongan dengan panjang sekitar 200m. Terowongan ini cukup gelap walaupun sudah disediakan lampu penerangan, tetapi justru ada sensasi tersendiri ketika melewatinya.

Selepas terowongan kita akan melihat penunjuk arah yang akan mengantarkan kita menuju kawah/kubah lava dan gardu pandang. Tetapi jangan pergi dulu, karena naik sedikit ternyata disini terdapat lokasi panjat tebing. Cocok bagi anda yang suka petualangan dan merasakan terjalnya tebing Gunung Kelud.

Jika tidak berminat dengan panjat tebing, kita bisa menggantinya dengan naik ke Gardu Pandang yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari tempat ini. Untuk sampai keatas membutuhkan stamina, karena jalan dilalui menanjak dengan meniti anak tangga yang jumlah ratusan. Tetapi sesampai diatas kita akan disuguhi panorama yang luar biasa, seolah menjadi ganjaran atas usaha keras kita.

 
Selain Gardu pandang, tidak jauh dari tempat ini kita bisa menyaksikan kubah lava/anakan Gunung Kelud yang dulunya berupa kawah. Fenomena Kubah Lava yang menggantikan kawah terjadi sejak bulan November 2007 lalu. Kondisi ini menjadikan Gunung Kelud semakin eksotic dengan pemandangan yang berbeda.
Tetapi perlu anda perhatikan ketika berada ditempat ini, karena gunung kelud merupakan Gunung berapai aktif jadi sewaktu-waktu bisa muncul bahaya diantaranya gas beracun. Selalu ikuti petunjuk yang terpasang dilokasi dan jangan melanggarnya.

Mysterious Road (Jalan Misteri)

Mysterious Road atau Jalan Misteri sepanjang kurang lebih 100 m, sekitar 2km sebelum Gunung Kelud. Apa sebenarnya keistimewaan jalan ini? Saya juga penasaran, bahkan salah satu yang menjadikan orang ingin ke Gunug Kelud adalah misteri jalan ini. 

Dilokasi ini kendaraan roda empat atau roda dua, jika mesin dimatikan dan gigi dalam posisi netral akan berjalan sendiri, meskipun  secara kasat mata jalan menanjak. Konon Mysterious road mirip jalan  jabal Magnet di Arab sana. Walaupun banyak kalangan memiliki pendapat berbeda, diantaranya ada yang berpandapat ini karena ada jin yang menariknya, ada juga yang berpendapat karena pengaruh grafitasi, ada juga pendapat yang mungkin lebih rasional, bahwa ini hanya merupakan ilusi mata yaitu jalan yang secara kasat mata menanjak sebenarnya menurun. Tapi entahlah, mungkin suatu saat bisa dibuktikan secara ilmiah dengan data yang lebih valid lagi. Apapun itu, justru inilah yang menjadi daya tarik dan ketika saya melihat dari dekat memang jalannya tampak menanjak dan ketika mencoba memang benar-benar bisa berjalan sendiri, meskipun mesin dalam kondisi mati. Silahkan anda perhatikan gambar yang ada, atau jika sangat penasaran datang langsung kelokasi. Fenomena yang jarang ada di tempat lain, semoga anda penasaran dan terbawa dalam mimpi...
